With over 30,000 online banking users, HFS says their digital channel is prime real estate for key messaging. To capitalize on this, they use Q2 Smart to push out digital banners—helping them put timely announcements and advertisements in front of a large portion of their members in one place.

Q2 Innovation Studio

Through Q2 Innovation Studio, HFS can easily integrate valuable fintech products like SavvyMoney—which has been extremely helpful for their members looking to manage and improve their credit score. It’s also driving impressive engagement for the credit union—of their enrolled users, HFS is seeing a 73% active user rate with the solution. And along the way, they’ve been able to utilize the data within SavvyMoney to run targeted campaigns for balance transfers and auto refinances.

Q2 Contextual Personal Financial Management (CPFM) lets HFS members track their spending, understand their cashflow, and budget more effectively.
